What antenatal care should I take?

You have tested positive, waited to be sure about it and now that you have broken the news to your partner. It’s time to celebrate with family, friends, relatives and neighbours.

Amidst all joy and celebrations, It’s time for antenatal care to safeguard you against potential health problems throughout the course of the pregnancy and to promote healthy lifestyles that benefit both you and the life growing inside you.

You must have made good choice of going to a doctor for regular visits to discuss any symptom and check your health conditions You are more likely to have a healthy birth if you maintain a healthy pregnancy.

Medical check ups and related medications are of utmost importance, you will also need to lay emphasis on day to day wellbeing in terms of early stress, nutrition, fitness and readiness for childbirth. This is time when you are morphing from “Woman to be a Mother” with responsibilities of rearing a life right from start to be someone like what you want it to be. For this, you will need to focus on your womb and stay connected with unborn.

How can I join Pregnancy counselling service?

We conduct variety of pregnancy counselling and antenatal classes to assist would be mothers in Pregnancy mood disorders, Pregnancy diet, Pregnancy yoga, Pelvic floor exercises, unborn baby brain development. In addition, the antenatal sessions extend their support for successful breastfeeding and new born care.

How can I learn breathing techniques and prepare for Labour?

In addition Antenatal sessions also include awareness and preparation on labour stages and phases, and Lamaze breathing techniques to prepare mothers for delivery


We conduct the counselling sessions at our centres. In case you find it difficult to travel to any of our centres, you can still join us for online sessions via Skype.
