“That you are Pregnant and is soon going to be a Mother”
Amidst all joy and celebrations, It’s time for antenatal care to safeguard you against potential health problems throughout the course of the pregnancy and to promote healthy lifestyles that benefit both you and the life growing inside you.
You must have made good choice of going to a doctor for regular visits to discuss any symptom and check your health conditions You are more likely to have a healthy birth if you maintain a healthy pregnancy.
Medical check ups and related medications are of utmost importance, you will also need to lay emphasis on day to day wellbeing in terms of early stress, nutrition, fitness and readiness for childbirth. This is time when you are morphing from “Woman to be a Mother” with responsibilities of rearing a life right from start to be someone like what you want it to be.
